Smoked up 10 pounds a chicken 1/4 trs fer lunch's. My usuall brine cept I added in 4 Tbl a apple powder, taste is perty good!

I went to sprouts and bought some bags of dehydrated apples. They're sliced and dehydrated for snacks. Took them home and dehydrated them some more and ground them up into powder.

Cool site with lots of stuff, but when you figure in their shipping and handling, alittle pricey.

It ain't bad cause the powder goes along ways.  Can't find it round these parts, so gotta order, I usually put in a big enough order that the shipping ain't so bad.
