BBQ Island is doing its 5th Annual Eggfest, this is a great time to preorder a Big Green Egg in Large or X-Large Sizes, there are a few still available.
We are also needing some BBQ Teams to compete for XLarge Egg Package value $1800, Stainless Cart Model Grill Valve $1400, Green Mountain Grill and Yeti Coolers.

We had over 500 people and last years event and looks to be more people this year.
If you have not been to one, its a fun event and people love coming to it.

This is an amazingly, awesome event. We did the 1st one and it was extremely well run. Sure wish we could cook it again just to see how much it's grown.

we need a few more teams to cook for Eggfest, Right now there is 10. Great Prizes this year! Mark is doing a cold smoking class on the Egg with Pork Bellys, its going to be a great time again this year!

For those newbies who have wondered what it is like to be in a BBQ contest, this event is for you. Free to enter and BBQ Island will have a fired-up Big Green Egg waiting for you, as well as a tent and table already set up. You just bring whatever you want to cook and share. Fun, easy-going competition environment, BBQ classes by top cooks like Mark Crigler, great weather and you get to meet other BBQ folks like you've already been chatting with on this Forum. What's not to like? ;D
