Grilled smoked salmon flat bread:
one piece of flat bread / pizza crust, pre-cooked
300 g of smoked salmon per flat bread around $22 per
Sour cream mixture:
175 ml sour cream
Dill to taste
Lemon zest to taste
Salt and pepper
Green onion or chives if you have some in your garden
Grill your bread, take it off and add some olive oil
spread your smoked salmon evenly
add sour cream mixture
add green onions
splash a touch more olive oil if you wish
