Get Your Rub On Stuffed Jalapenos

12 jalapenos (seeded unless you want them HOT)

8 ounces of cream cheese

2 ounces of Classic Rub

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

12 4" slices of bacon (optional)

Combine all ingredients. Stuff peppers with mixture then wrap with bacon and place in 200-250 degree smoker for 1-1 1/2 hours or until bacon is done. Check us out at www.getrubbed.com

Great Recipe, ABT's (Atomic Buffalo Turds)  We love them.

We also add ground up sausage and onions to ours and then mix up all the ingredients and put them into the Jalepanos.

These certainly are fan favorites.. ;)

Sounds good! We try to do something different each time. Try adding some salad shrimp with a crab meat mixture. Or better yet if you want to get a little bigger stuff a bell pepper with either of the mixtures. It's a meal in it's self.

We take a yellow bell peper and cut it up into kind of a boat, then start to pile on the good stuff. Cream cheese mixture as Mike mentioned, spinach, artichoke hearts, tomato, cheese (Mozz, jack, colby) and then just grill one side, kind of like a pizza. They come out way good.

Mike, I do the cream cheese mix about like you do the for the ABTs. I also grill the inside of the pepper a little before I put all the toppings on. That way it is cooked all the way through. Let it cool a little after you pull it from the grill too so that it doesnt run everywhere.

This sounds way good.  I have become a huge fan of chipotle in my rubs.  Smoking a stuffed jalapeno pepper is a great idea.
