No, seriously. Take this recipe:

But put it in a small tart pan. Only need to bake it for 20-25 mins at 300. You can put a slice of jalapeno on top, or let it bake about 15 mins and put a maraschino cherry on top. The combination of sweet and savory is awesome. Very moist and cakelike.
Also I used real green chiles diced, but canned is ok. Enjoy.
