Meatballs wrapped in bacon w/ a rub added and then smoked.  I strongly urge you to pass these up and immediately bring them to me if you ever encounter them.

Is anyone going o bring a bacon explosion for Fri night?  If so I'll need extra lipitor but it will be worth it.

 There's no correlation between cholesterol levels and heart disease. people w/ high( and low) cholesterol have haert atttacks.

 I beleive  this w/ all my  heart and practice it in my diet( butter, milk, eggs, cheese, red meat and lots of sea salt).  My dad does believe it and yet he's been on cholesterol meds for years but still had to have a bunch of coronary artery "stents"- due to the fact he developed severe angina.

 Now  having said that, an excesss of Omega 6 fats is not a good thing, so taking krill oil, or a good quality fish oil  is a good thing- several grams daily.
