The real trick is geting the Bacon done before the Jap and Cherry filling are over done..I am going to try them on the grill this weekend..kinda indirect cooking. As far as filllings.. let your mind wander.. How about a Apple Jap. >:D

If ya like crispy bacon...it doesn't set up till it cools so you can cook to well done in a skillet and using gloves or something to avoid burning yourself, quickly remove a slice of bacon from the heat and wrap. Cherry bombs make me think of small round and red (or orange)..maybe do a few habs too.
Sabo, if'n ya like pineapple, try out my wife's signature ABT too, I think you might dig them. She puts a pineapple chucnk at the bottom of the jap, then fills it with a cream cheese, ginger, garlic and lump crab meat mixture. From there just treat as any ABT

This would also be killer with some cream cheese and costco's rasberry chipotle sauce.  That stuff is wicked good.

pineapple??? hmmm..... the endless possibilites for the ABT's and Cherry bombs continue. But I like it. And the wife never gets enough of them. Gonna have to make a variety of different kinds and flavors one of these days. Maybe someone can do a class.... About ABT's, ok..just kidding

I like Bear's idea. I'm not a big fan of pineapple, but one of my favorile pizza combinations is jalapenos and pineapple. They go great together.
