Title: I love to cook my BBQ over Oak

Who loves to cook on Oak wood? I had guys come over and they were from Texas. All the guys use is Oak firewood and once I started using it I loved it. The flavor is deep and not sweet. Let me know your thoughts.

After a trip to Texas last year, I was introduced to post oak. Its now one of my favorite woods to use.
