OK, so the ASU vs. UofA Game is this coming Thursday at 6 pm.
Anyone want to meet up at Sushi Brokers in Scottsdale or some other place to watch the game?
Post up and let's plan a group get together to watch.

You haven't played any good team close and ASU has played all the good teams close.

Hey all, a bunch of us will be down at Sushi Brokers at 5 pm today gearing up for the big game.
If you want to meet us there, I highly suggest you get there early. Game starts at 6 pm, but finding a seat at that time will be next to impossible.
Come on out and join us, enjoy some great sushi & drinks and a great ASU Victory..
They have Happy hour there from 4:00 - 6:30 pm, some get there early.
Hope to see some of you out there...

Even with the Rivalry game tonight, I do wish it was possible for all of us to get together and watch the game. A few years ago we held a BBQ Class on this weekend and listened to it together at the class, that was a blast.
Next year the game is down here in Tempe and I'm sure AZBarbeque will be doing up a huge tailgate party. Let's work on planning a great one with all of us in attendance and have a blast.. ;)
Rivalry's are fun, but even better when the opposing team is there to share it with you... ;) >:D >:D

4 Game losing Streak and finish behind the DEVILS in the pac.......... Can't wait for your excuses on your posts.. Crash and AZwilcat and any other Mildcat fan........... past present and future........ the scary team won........LOL......... they couldn't even win with the gimmie no call offensive pass interference for TD.......

WOW, I do have to say, Great game overall. Sucks losing that way, but honestly, I truely believe the Sun Devils were the better team this year.
I said this to Mark all year, the Wildcats were overrated. They got lucky to begin the season and it's showing now. They have one more loss in them, their bowl game. That will be 5 losses in a row for them, finishing the year with the same record as the Sun Devils in the Pac-10.
ASU was picked to finish last in all the preseason polls for the Pac-10. I think they did OK. They played all the big teams close and except for the Cal game, I think they could have and should have won them all.
What a fun night tonight with Dean, Kevin, Jay, Johnny, Mark, Dennis, Georgie & Paula. We had a blast at Sushi Brokers, they won't forget us anytime soon.
Can't wait for the Holiday Party, this was surely a preview of what is to come..
Crash & Lisa, we missed you guys like crazy. Wish you were here to enjoy this game with us.

I agree with you Mike..... they were overrated as I stated many times......... talk about blind loyality......... and 5 straight losses in a row...... in a bowl? what a joke...... if Washington wins.. they may bump the Mildcats out of the alamo bowl.......... Man, Force is full of it, but nothing unusual there. I'll take the high road. Good win SunDevils. It was an awsome game, had a great time watching it. I had a feeling Zendejas was gonna cost us a few games sooner or later, he's prob the worst kicker in the Pac-10. I can't figure out why that issue wasn't addressed in the off-season. Most D-1 programs don't offer full scholarships to kickers, but maybe they should. His name is only gonna take him so far in life. Alex and Max were both twice the kickers he is. Anyway, great win to Tempe, congrats, hard fought and well-deserved. I do take it all in fun, unlike Force who seems to live and breathe it. To you Force, get a life, find a hobby or something. Like a coach tells his WR who celebrates too much in the end zone and gets penalized, "act like you've been there before", oh wait, you haven't Force. To the other Devils fan, we may both be looking for a new coach next year, we'll see..... UA will prob have a bowl game, then off to Basketball season. Hopefully Miller has got this team going in the right direction!

It was a good game, but the Zendejas curse rose again. Force no one likes a sore winner. Get over it. It is just a game. Congrats SunDevil fans. We will have to wait till next year.

It was a great game, probably one of the best ASU/UofA ones I have seen in a while. We had a great group watching it with us, but it would have been better to have a big party and have all of you at it as well. Hopefully next year we can do that.

I hear ya. I'd still take Weber any day over Zendejas. And that Usweiller (sp?) is a monster w/ mobility. His throwing is sketchy, but you can't teach fast n nimble.

Right.... btw... AZ wilcat fan... and other guy... did you attend U of A? Have you ever coached football? just wondering............ just a game? your earlier posts and degrading comments never seemed to indicate... and ur right ... a game.... and u take the high road? with your comments that we personal? right again....
It meant quite a bit to you... I noticed that Washington finished above the mildcats in the pac... our signature win...according to your post.... and if you read my post before the game... I stated that I could very well be eating crow with humble pie...if ASU lost.. which they almost did.. however.. considering the source and with the win.... had to remind U OVERRATED....they certainly R... I don't feel any worse for Zend than I do Weber... both kids that missed xtra points or FGS part of the game... had their teams played solid.. and done their job.. well .. it's a team sport... I do know one thing... ASU fans did not treat Weber like Zend is being treated... and I don't recall classless stoops making a point to clear his name... and in adddition.. great coaching move on his part for rotating him as a punter... we thank you for his brilliance.........and his classless ranting and raving on the sidelines... seriously... he should work on being a role model for those kids.. and I look forward to their next loss to make it 5 in a row..... and I know,,, they are at least going to a bowl game... they won more games...ASU didn't... that's how it works... and I think it's time for ERickson to go.. but I think they will give him one more year....... nothing I can do about that....

Tough to be a kicker down south I guess(or Anywhere) how quickly it is forgotten that Zendejas kicked the game winner last year against ASU last year as time expired.

True, but he still has to step up on those PAT's, especially in rivalry games where so much is on the line. It's a major conference, and he's had problems every game not being able to get the ball over the lineman. The 1st block was a good kick, nice elevation, ASU just had a monster lineman w/ 9ft arms, so kudos to that guy, that was all ASU. The second blocked kick was all Zendejas.
Some kickers you root for because they are just decent players, Zendejas has long been thought of as a town punk down here, playing on his family name too much. Good kickers are scarce, even USC has an unreliable kicker.
I guess while they are at it they can boot Crier, our punter,out too. His 0yd punt w/ ASU is telling of his lack of success throughout the year. We had a stud Nick Folk kick before Zendejas, and that guy got signed by Dallas and is now w/ NYJets. Oh well.....
Every time UA kicked or punted this year I had my hands over my eyes, just barely peeking out!
