Ddog, I have been looking all day on their web site and on line, but I can not find it anywhere.  I know it is coming up very soon.  Hopefully we can find out prior to it and attend.

Thanks for reminding me about this.

I will have just arrived in Phoenix. Depending on how hectic it is, we may swing by the parking lot to say hello. I won't hold my breath. I think 14th and 15th will be pretty busy getting a game plan of our own together. Anything going on the weekend after easter?

Ddog,

I got that e-mail today as well, but unfortunately, I have to work tomorrow afternoon, so I will not be making it there.  I hear we are pretty banged up from this spring training, we even lost one guy for the year, so hopefully we can still put a great team on the field this coming season.

12-0, that's the dream...

DDog, how was the scrimmage?

Here is a link to it on AZCentral.  From the sound of it, we need to bench Keller.  Maybe he can pinch himself again.  :o  That comment last year on how he had to pinch himself sometimes to make sure he was real because he was so good just showed how immature he is.  Carpenter is so much better, more efficient and just a better leader on field.  Hopefully Koetter makes the change soon so we can go into training camp with Rudy as our #1.

The funny thing in this article at the bottom where they are commenting on the commitment from the Hamilton player named Parker saying his Dad played on the 86 Rose Bowl team.  I knew his dad, I went to ASU with him, we were in a few classes together when I was a Freshman and he was a Senior.  He was on of the best Safeties I have ever seen play, but unfortunately, he blew out his knee his Senior year and was never the same.  Hopefully his son is as good or better than he was, that would be awesome.

What's your thoughts??

Ok here are my impressions from the scrimmage. First off it was a beautiful day. There were a lot of people there that is a good sign if that many show up for a spring scrimmage. I took my son with me and we watched the warm ups as well as most of the game, we had to leave for an Easter party with my wife

DDog, I agree, we will have to plan that for next year.  I am hoping to go up to Camp this year and do a tailgate, that would be a ton of fun.  Do you ever get up to Camp T???

I love camp T!! Any chance to go to Northern AZ I take it. Nice to get out of the heat. We plan on going every year. Some years we don't make it up there but we try to go often.

It is fun to think of Kush having his players pull telephone polls behind them to smooth the ground out for the field that they use today. They say that during Kush's day you would see players hitch hiking trying to get out of there!  ;D ;D

DDog, I had not heard that story yet, that's pretty cool.  I would love to have Kush back.  At least when he was here coaching, our team had some attitude and even it they didn't have skills, they made up for it with determination.  I miss Kush!!

Yeah I miss Kush too! I guess he built most of camp T. He had his players dig out and haul the big rocks and drag telephone polls to smooth the field out. He knew that having a great facility in northern AZ was a good thing. He was right!  ;D

Like I said before, Rudy should be our man....

Keller needs to win back that job if he deserves it.
