2012 Annual AZBarbeque Superbowl Party & Awards Banquet

Well, due to the fact that there was a comp on our normal Holiday Party & Awards Banquet, we are going to incorporate it into our Annual Superbowl Party.

Once again, we are working with our great Club Sponsor, Whiskey River Saloon and we will be co-hosting the party there this year.

We will have some incredible Drink specials throughout the day.

It will be a Pot Luck once again, so please post up what you will be bringing.  Last year, we had an amazing spread & would love to double that this year.

It should be an other great game & with us doing our Annual awards out there, it will just make the day even better.

FYI. The Super Bowl is on Feb. 5th, for those writing it down in their calendar.

I hear you there David, I already have 2 booked for that day as well, both are pick ups though, so I'm good..

It didn't make financial sense for us to plan a separate Awards Banquet with the Superbowl party being so close.  Combining them was the best option.

Hey all, this is coming up quickly.

Not only will it be our Annual Superbowl Party, but it will also be our Annual Awards Banquet as we were not able to do it this Past December.

It will be held once again at Whiskey River Saloon on 32nd St. & Greenway (NorthEast Corner).

Doors will open at either 11 am or Noon, we will post up more info as it gets closer.

We are asking for $5 per person at the door which will go to Whiskey River for opening on a day they are normally closed to cover their expenses (Staff, Utilities, Insurance, etc.)  This has changed, Whiskey River is covering all the costs.  NO COVER CHARGE... FREE Event..

We are asking everyone to bring a Pot Luck item & post up with you can bring.  Appetizer, Entree, Desserts.

Whiskey River will have some great Drink Specials going on for our group & some great Shot Specials as well.

Please post up what you can bring & how many will be in your party.

This event is Kid Friendly.  Kids 12 & under are FREE with a Paid Adult Entry.

We are also still looking for more Sponsors for this event, more Donated items for our Door Prizes & Charity Raffles, so if you, your business or someone or some business you know is interested, please get in touch with me.
