How many teams are doing peoples choice I am working on getting some meat donated and it will help to know about how many teams. I am in the process of getting some ribs donated from a couple of business's. So if you are planning on doing peoples choice I might be able to help by providing the meat.

Thinking about it.. How intrusive is the Health Department going to be? I don't have a big fancy setup.. Just 3 large tubs as triple sink.. Under a 10x10 just don't want a huge hassle

Scott, the past few years, they have not been an issue at all. As long as you have the 3 tubs and your meats are all at temp, you will be good.

I was able to get two cases of ribs donated, I will have about 12 large racks for if you would like some for peoples choice first come first served. If you would like some let me know, If you take some maybe you could help out the charity a little and pass on some of the proceeds to them. Thanks everyone who is doing this, we only have one fund raiser a year and this is it. We will have raffle tickets for sale also for different items, the main item being a 17mm rifle package, great for varmit hunting, and other great prizes donated by our sponsors.

Do you mean a 4.5 mm rifle package (which is .17 caliber)?

Just had one more case of ribs donated by another sponsor, so that makes three cases, I will be able to hook you up with ribs if you are doing peoples choice.

Also for the health department.. Says we have to have 3 walls? Do we need that or not

We have ribs left. It says 3 sides but I haven't seen the health dept. beat anyone up on this.

In a pinch, you can get inexpensive blue tarps at Harbor Freight to hang up. I've even used cheapy shower curtains, rings and all, from the dollar store. Necessity is indeed the mother of invention. ;)

Hey Mike if you don't mind we will give you our left over meats to help out we don't usually do peoples choice.
