Health Department Application

Okay everyone I spoke with the health department today and there is NO CHARGE for the health permit due to this event being for a non profit organization.  So like previous years, just fill out the application and send them to the health department  and not that it is for the out of the ashes bbq contest.  Hope to have lots of peoples choice entry's.  I am also trying to get some meat donated for the peoples choice in order to help with cost.

You can also mail to the address on the Health Department application put a notation on the application that it is for the "Out of the Ashes BBQ contest" and there will be no charge, we are hoping to have lots of teams participate in the peoples choice, and I am not doing it so there is no bias with the locals. I will however take all your left over meat if you will give it to me, I hand it out for donations for our charities that we support.  So see you all there and not to rub it in or anything but it is a balmy 65 degrees here right now, we just had a cool rain shower. See everyone at the contest and don't forget to bring your atv's.
